I received this today: Dear Debra I attended two of your sessions at the trade fair (Reeds Gift Fair in Melbourne) on Monday. Thanks for such great information!  Yesterday I did not make a single sale until 2.20pm (mind you, I opened at 12 noon) when a new customer bustled in, gathered up 12 items (some of the most expensive in the shop).  She did not try on anything at all.  It was then when I held up a Prada jacket and said, “have you seen this” (thanks to you!) and she bought it.  She spent $2,318.00.  I almost fainted.  That is a lot for me because I sell recycled items!  That was my “one and only” (but fabulous) sale for the day.  Cheers and thanks, Loretta Hocking Champagne Taste Shop 7, 148 - 150 Wattletree Road Malvern, Vic.
