There’s something powerful when an audience, a group, a team connects to a live person who understands them and their industry. Learning seems to occur faster and in many cases with aha! moments dotted throughout. So, I run inspirational, positive, information packed seminars and workshops, for:

– groups of retailers (in an industry, town or region)

Your team is safe with me - I don't "pick" on my audience, belittle them or make them feel stupid in any way. Nor do I believe in role-plays. I'm an adult and I treat my audience in a similar fashion. More than likely there will be lots of laughter as we uncover the hidden "quirks" and "foibles" of ourselves, our customers and our industry. I'm a firm believer of 'learning through laughter'... so much more fun than the alternative.

And because I understand the differences in how men and women communicate I ensure my presentation style matches the audience.
