Just on 10 months ago you contacted Dean and I (Daisy Cow) offering your services as part of a program you were running with the Shire of Moira. You didn’t know a lot about us aside from that we

There is a young woman who opened a clothing shop in the town around the same time as us. She is trying to do all the right things and we talk often about our strategies. I've already talked with her about your presentation and sometime soon she and I will spend some time with "the book".

Many many thanks for last night! Fantastic, wonderful, and inspiring. Why is it that we stop doing the things that work? It just mentioned a couple of the things that I have let slip, We had handmade thank you cards that we used to give to all our customers, they worked. The customers kept them and mentioned them when they returned.

And we stopped.

Sometimes a night with someone just refreshes and gives you some inspiration to go on again.
