Many many thanks for last night! Fantastic, wonderful, and inspiring. Why is it that we stop doing the things that work? It just mentioned a couple of the things that I have let slip, We had handmade thank you cards that we used to give to all our customers, they worked. The customers kept them and mentioned them when they returned.
And we stopped.
Sometimes a night with someone just refreshes and gives you some inspiration to go on again.
